01. Feeling faintness, tiredness and vomiting
This happens due to the sudden hormonal changes in your body. Actually this is not a sickness. You can eliminate this uncomfortable nature by having natural treatments. If you will drink lemon or orange juice or if you will drink few drops of king coconut in the morning, you can eliminate this. And also, ginger tea, pomegranate juice and myrobalan are also good for these kinds of difficulties during the pregnancy. And if you feel vomiting, don’t take heavy meals for your main 3 meals. Instead, get more meals with few food at one time.

02. Backache
Do you know that the ligaments in your body naturally become softer and stretch to prepare you for labour, during the pregnancy? The backache is caused by the strain on the joints of your lower back and pelvis. This can be prevailed, if you will sleep by turning to left side, or if you will gently foment with hot water and good oil. Or if you will wear flat shoes also, you can avoid this backache during the pregnancy.

03. Constipation
Due to the hormonal changes as well as the drugs that you are taking during this pregnancy (especially for the iron tablet), you may experience of this Constipation. But you must not try to put out it by forcefully. Instead that, you can eat food that are high in fibre, such as wholemeal breads, wholegrain cereals, fruit and vegetables, and pulses such as beans and lentils. And drink plenty of water also.
